When making a reservation with us, our Sales Executive will offer you the opportunity to choose a solicitor from an approved list, so that your purchase proceeds as smoothly as possible. The approved solicitors have familiarised themselves with the development and our legal documentation and are therefore able to ensure an exchange of contracts within our agreed time periods.

These solicitors will work exclusively for you and have no ties with City & Country, other than being on our approved list. We receive no remuneration whatsoever from them.
