City & Country crowned Housebuilder of the Year at the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards

City & Country has gone for gold, securing victory for a third year in a row at this year’s esteemed Whathouse? Awards winning Housebuilder of the Year, as well as Gold for Best Medium Housebuilder.

The awards were presented by actor James Nesbitt, bringing together over 1,300 industry professionals at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House hotel in London.

City & Country’s Managing Director Wayne Douglas said: “Receiving Housebuilder of the Year and Best Medium Housebuilder from Whathouse? is such a fantastic achievement for everyone across the City & Country team. Whathouse? has a stellar reputation for attracting the very best in class, so to be recognised here for the third year in a row is a testament to the team.

“I am incredibly proud of our team who have worked so tirelessly to get us to this point. The effort that is put into it at each level, from land acquisition to build, to interiors to sales and site teams. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to produce the high-quality product that we have been recognised for at these awards.”

Tim Sargeant, Chairman at City & Country, said to ShowHouse: “At City & Country, our passion is for quality design, quality architecture and craftsmanship, whether on heritage or new build sites. Our most powerful motivation is the constant pursuit of excellence and the continuous improvement in every part of the business.”

The team was also awarded Bronze for Best Exterior Design sponsored by Myenergi.
